Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, due to courier delays, customs or remote location issues.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery destination. Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount.
- Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track your package status online.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local country. We will not cover these extra charges.
- If the package is returned to us because of incorrect address, failed delivery or recipient refusal, the customer must bear the return shipping cost. We will reship only after extra shipping payment.
